Bank CSW:
Working via the Temporary Resourcing service here at Medway has a number of fantastic benefits which include the below: Flexibility – Working as a Bank CSW here at Medway, means you are in control of when you work. You will have access to the eRoste system to be able to pick and choose the shifts which you are available to work.
Internal Vacancies – As a bank member
of staff, you also get access to internal
roles, seven days before they are released
to the public.
Weekly Pay – Here at Medway we have a weekly payroll for bank shifts, therefore you will be promptly paid for the shifts you work instead of waiting for a month!
Experience – As a bank member of staff, you will have access to book wards across the Trust over a range of specialities. Therefore, giving you a fantastic opportunity to develop and
learn throughout your time as a Bank CSW.
Here to help – As a bank member of staff you will have access to the Temporary Resourcing Team whom are here to help throughout the week and weekends. The team can support you with all aspects of bank from support such as booking shifts, payment of shifts and support with further training.
